Each cart upgrade allows Flo to carry one additional item. Flo can carry 2 items at a time without a cart.Placing items in the trash bin will subtract $20 for each item that is disposed.There is not a cancel action/s option during the game, plan ahead and select Flo's actions creating as many chains as possible while fulfilling the customer's requests as efficiently as possible.Holding guests with the curser keeps them from loosing hearts/patience.Picking up laundry, stopping sleepwalkers and ghosts do not break chains.
